Our standard brand of chili garlic sauce will be intermittently unavailable at some of our restaurants due to an ongoing supply chain shortage.

Here’s how this shortage may impact you:

1. If a restaurant is out of stock of our standard brand of chili garlic sauce, the restaurant may use a substitute brand at the condiment stations. If you want to know whether the restaurant is using the original brand or the substitute version, or if they are completely out of stock, please ask your cashier at the restaurant.
2. In cases where a restaurant runs completely out of stock of chili garlic sauce, there will be none available at the condiment station, and it may be missing from orders that are placed online or through one of our delivery partners.
